We asked respondents a variety of questions including what percentage of their weeknights and weekends are planned out, what responsibilities compel them to live a highly scheduled lifestyle, and more.
To determine where Americans have the most and least busy schedules, we assigned points to answers representing highly scheduled lifestyles and totaled the scores for each respondent. We then calculated the average score for each state and city, and adjusted each score on a scale of 0 to 100, with 100 representing the most busy schedules.
