How much do Mixbook Movies cost?

Mixbook Movies are in Beta, and are an optional order add-on with your purchased photo book free of charge for a limited time.

How do I get a Mixbook Movie?

Once you add your photo book to the cart, you’ll see the option to also add a Mixbook Movie for that Photo Book. Note that not all Photo Books are compatible with the Mixbook Movie beta. Your photo book must have at least 60 photos and less than 800.

Can I delete my Mixbook Movie?

Yes, simply contact Customer Happiness and we’ll delete it for you.

Can I download my Mixbook Movie?

No, you cannot download Mixbook Movies at this time.

Where can I access my Mixbook Movie?

We will email you a secure link to view your movie within an hour of completing your photo book order. You can view the movie from there or go to My Projects > Ordered to see a link to watch your movie.

Can I share my Mixbook Movie on social media?

Yes. If you choose to make the Mixbook Movie public, your share link is accessible to anyone - including through a post on social media.

Do I get a Mixbook Movie if I cancel my Photo Book order?

No, you must purchase your Photo Book to receive a free Mixbook Movie.

Can I add my own songs to my Mixbook Movie?

While we have over 20 top quality songs to choose from, you cannot add your own music at this time.

How long will my Mixbook Movie be available?

So long as your Photo Book project remains in your My Projects, so will the Mixbook Movie be available.
